  • Mahalo for the wonderful service in helping us put our loving father to rest at Hawaiian Memorial Park - Veteran's Cemetery. From the initial phone call to his Military Committal we were treated with respect and compassion. A special mahalo to Virginia. The full U.S. Marine service was more beautiful than any of us had ever imagined. We are so grateful knowing that he's back home in Hawaii and that his final place of rest is so befitting of our father's Hawaiian spirit. Mahalo, Leilani, Kuulei, Leimomi, Leinaala and Lili'uokulani (Robert "Bobby" Pai's daughters).

  • My Father who served with 442nd batallion, rests there, run by the state, and their employees there from the office staff to the grounds keepers are great. They work hard. Recently, I asked about my Dad's headstone, about how can i clean it, and when I went there 3 days later, they had already done it. Nice job..now, I am shining it with baby oil. I'll see if that extends the life of the beautiful work they did. The grass, when cut with their power wackers, it's like they were doinf the gtass as like rheir farhers' or their own family's.THANKYOU SO VERY MUCH, OUR APPRECIATION EXTENDS OUT FOREVER...GARY and Mrs. Bobbie Rokuta, and my golden retriever, Brandy 2, all Rokuta's.....subject to update.....ultimate!
